IAAPA CERTIFICATION

10 Credit hours for IAAPA’s Rookies: FEC 101 program. Participants will also earn credit hours for the Lunch and Learn and EDUTour at Fun Spot America

Learning Objectives
• Participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of the key components necessary to successfully open and launch a family entertainment center (FEC) or location-based entertainment (LBE) venue, including branding, market analysis, fundraising strategies, and legal considerations
• Attendees will gain practical insights and resources essential for crafting a compelling guest experience, from attraction selection and food and beverage offerings to effective arcade operations and the use of technology and data to enhance guest satisfaction
• By the end of the program, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to develop and execute a strategic marketing launch plan, establish a group and event sales
