Talon Vortex, a New Multi-Experience Arcade Cabinet
At IAAPA Expo, Talon Simulations (Booth #2980) is debuting its new turnkey virtual reality arcade cabinet, Talon Vortex, immediately available to buyers. Featuring more than 30 competitive experiences that include roller coasters, race cars, and fighter jets, the proprietary virtual user interface seen from within the headset allows players to easily select their reality, including numerous experience options.
“We learned from working with Dave & Buster’s on their four-seater simulator to make Vortex a very accessible and replayable attraction with a small footprint,” said Brandon Naids, CEO of Talon Simulations. He noted that guests select from among four different game types and then choose their experience options. This limits the need for an operator, reducing overhead costs. Vortex incorporates the Atomic A3 Full Motion Simulator and Tornado Wind System, which has been a robust and reliable four-dimensional experience for commercial settings since its original launch in 2013.
