IAAPA Expo will be held in the North/South Building at the Orange County Convention Center; the same location attendees and exhibitors have been building connections for many years. The show floor will be curated into pavilions, allowing attendees to find your booth more efficiently.
IAAPA Expo 2025 Premium Space Allocation will be held during the week of Jan. 27 - 31, 2024, and assigned by IAAPA staff. IAAPA Staff will calculate seniority by January and communicate to the companies eligible for Premium Space Allocation. Click HERE to view the 2024 Premium Space Allocation List.
A 25% deposit and Membership renewal will need to be made before space can be assigned. The 50% deposit is due by February 28, 2025, and the final 50% payment is due August 1, 2025.

New rules and regulations have been added in 2022 and put into place for IAAPA Expos, including how booths are assigned for all three Expos. The IAAPA Global Manufacturers and Suppliers Committee voted on and approved all the new policies outlined below.
IAAPA MEMBERS WILL BE ASSIGNED BEFORE NONMEMBERS
IAAPA Members will be assigned booth space prior to nonmembers. Renew your IAAPA membership with your contract to be considered a 2025 IAAPA member. Your seniority could be affected greatly if you do not renew your membership with a contract. Join or renew by visiting www.IAAPA.org/Membership.
EXHIBIT HISTORY UPDATE
Starting with the 2022 Expos, if a company elects to not exhibit for three consecutive years, then their exhibiting years history will revert to zero. Click HERE for a detailed breakdown of space allocation process and procedure.
