IAAPA provides complimentary press registration to qualified members of the media who want to cover IAAPA Attractions Expo. Interested media should review IAAPA's Press Policy and may apply for press credentials here. Additional event information can be found on the Media & Press page.
- Special Event Tickets

All special events (breakfasts, lunches, and receptions), tours and institute programs are ticketed and require a separate registration fee in addition to an Expo name badge. Space is limited and events will sell out. Tickets will be sold on-site based on availability.
You must be 18 years old to attend all special events.

- Visa Information

Attendees from outside the United States may need to apply for a visa at the American Embassy, consulate, or other visa-issuing office in their country or region of origin. Please make your visa requests early as processing can take up to several weeks. For information on U.S. Visa policies and procedures, visit http://travel.state.gov.
- Visa Letters and Letters of Invitation

IAAPA will provide visa letters or letters of invitation for registered participants only. During the registration process, visa letter questions will be asked on the profile page. Your visa letter will be sent to you by e-mail upon completion of registration. We are sorry, but no exceptions can be made to this policy.
If an individual registers for IAAPA Expo 2024, requests a visa letter, and their visa application is denied, IAAPA will refund 100 percent of registration fees. For questions on this policy, contact [email protected]. - Visa Waiver Program Travelers

International travelers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program are now subject to enhanced security requirements. All Visa Waiver Program travelers will be required to obtain an electronic travel authorization prior to boarding a carrier to travel by air or sea to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program.
