Marc Grimault is a globally experienced leader in theme park operations and attraction safety, currently serving as Senior Manager of Attraction Safety at Universal Orlando Resort. With over 25 years in the industry, Marc has led safety and operational initiatives across major international destinations including Universal Orlando Resort, Disneyland Paris, Shanghai Disney Resort, and Walt Disney World. His expertise spans attraction development, risk assessment, documentation systems, and technology integration for operational safety.

Marc is known for bridging creative vision with regulatory compliance, and for delivering innovative solutions that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. He has collaborated with Walt Disney Imagineering and Universal Creative on high-profile projects, including new attraction launches and park expansions.

Marc attained various certifications including IAAPA (Certified Attractions Executive), AIMS, and NAARSO, and combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative approach, working closely with creative, legal, and operations teams to ensure safety is embedded from concept to execution.
