Taryn Bolduc

Short biography

Taryn currently serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner for High Road Management Training. With nearly twenty-five years of experience in the amusement industry, she began her journey at Six Flags Great Adventure and Hurricane Harbor as a ride operator and lifeguard. Later, she transitioned to indoor resort operations, assuming the role of Resort Director at Coco Key in Mount Laurel, NJ, and returned to Outdoor Operations as the General Manager of Splash Down Beach. During this time, she played a pivotal role in the opening of five waterparks and the renovation of several existing properties. Throughout her career, Taryn has been responsible for overseeing and training every aspect of facility operations, encompassing human resources, training and development, marketing, maintenance, retail, guest relations, and food and beverage management. Venturing briefly beyond the amusement industry, she seized an opportunity to work in fashion, collaborating with renowned entities such as the Miss USA pageants, Say Yes to the Dress, and NY Fashion Week. Taryn remains an active committee member in numerous industry associations and currently holds the Chair position of the WWA Government Relations Committee. She holds a BS in Business with a major in marketing and an MBA with a concentration in management. Taryn's credentials include certifications as an AFO, CPO, and Ellis Instructor Trainer.
