She has promoted innovative environmental sustainability practices such as the operation of the only greenhouse in the Riviera Maya where organic spices and products are grown to enhance the flavor and quality of the food served in the restaurants.
In addition, she has implemented labor improvements that have led Grupo Lomas to obtain the Socially Responsible Company (ESR) Distinction for 5 consecutive years, to be part of the prestigious list of companies to be able to call themselves a “Great Place to Work” and to be ranked as a Super Company for Women in 2021, by Top Companies and Expansión Magazine.

Samantha recognizes that her main keys to success are teamwork, tolerance, the search for common goals, knowing how to work under pressure and knowing that there are no limits as long as you set your mind to it. She affirms that persistence, curiosity to learn and surrounding herself with people who provide her with knowledge and new skills are fundamental for constant personal and professional improvement.
