Ruby Newell-Legner has driven service culture evolution in 1695 global sports, leisure, and recreation facilities for nearly three decades. From Denver to Dubai, she played a vital role in launching 45 leisure facilities, including Ferrari World and Perfect Day at CocoCay Island. Ruby's extensive clientele includes 760 tourist attractions and camping facilities, 400+ park and recreation agencies, 163 amusement parks, family entertainment centers, waterparks, and 67 pro sports teams across 25 countries. Specializing in guest-centric cultures, she fosters connections from front-line employees to guests, co-workers, and managers to their teams. Leveraging expertise in leadership and guest engagement, Ruby achieves remarkable results. Her approach led to a 17% increase in customer satisfaction, a 19% boost in repeat business, and a notable 16% rise in revenue within a year. Beyond consulting and training, she served as President of the National Speakers Association (2015-2016) and is set to be the Global Speakers Federation President from 2024-2025.
