Biography

Rob is a Partner with the global law firm of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, focusing his practice on exclusively advising companies and representing employers.  Rob advises clients on a wide range of employment law issues under federal, state, and local laws, including artificial intelligence, cannabis, background check and Fair Credit Reporting Act violations, "ban the box" issues, prevailing wage requirements, wage-and-hour and overtime compliance, whistleblower retaliation, family and medical leave compliance and interference/retaliation claims, paid sick leave, and a wide range of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation issues.
