Randy Josselyn, ICAE

Biography

Randy Josselyn is a ticketing and guest journey expert for ICON Experiences where he holds the position of Vice President, Experiences. Randy utilizes skills developed working alongside dozens of museums, theme parks, water parks, zoos and aquariums to improve the guest experience for The Capital Wheel, KC Wheel, and other ICON Experiences projects. Randy provides data-driven technology and e-commerce consulting services that drive increased guest satisfaction through intuitive transactions that deliver revenue growth informed by data. After nearly twenty years working in numerous capacities for Wild Rivers Waterpark and Walt Disney Parks, Randy founded Team Trajectory, a consulting firm that specialized in ticketing, technology, e-commerce and best practices for the attractions industry. Prior to joining ICON Experiences, Randy led Gateway Ticketing’s wildlife and conservation division and expanded services to include ticketing strategy for themed attractions, zoos, museums and aquariums. In 2020, Randy was named a Power 10 in Blooloop’s 50 Theme Park Influencer List for creating and hosting a series of webinars during the pandemic which rapidly became a valued resource for many in the attractions industry. Randy’s data-driven technology and e-commerce strategy consulting is available to all sectors of the attractions industry enhanced by ICON Experiences development and advisory consulting, mixed-use destination planning and activation, and management operations for stand-alone attractions, theme and water parks, lagoons and resorts, and retail destinations.
