Nicolle Figueroa Rosado

Short biography

Nicolle Figueroa Rosado leads Big Break Foundation’s Education & Strategy initiatives. She works with vendor companies and operators to create sustainable, equitable, and data-driven IDEA solutions that are good for people, for business, and for the Location-Based Experience industry at large.  Before joining Big Break, Nicolle developed and managed guest experiences nationally and internationally across various sub-industries, including museums, theme parks and family entertainment centers. She leverages this industry knowledge along with a background in psychology and sociology to champion IDEA and help co-create systemic changes within location-based experiences.
