Mark Stepanian

Short biography

Mark assumed the role of President and owner at CAVU Designwerks in 2021. As the President of CAVU, Mark has been focused on leading the young and passionate team to push the boundaries of themed entertainment. Mark has a Civil/Mechanical Engineer background from Cornell University and then pursued an MBA from John’s Hopkins University School of Business to round out his professional skill set. Mark has extensive experience in the engineering and project management of large-scale amusement ride projects from $5 million to $32 million. Mark has a strong insight into the identification, prioritization, and solution generation of technical and business issues across several concurrent projects.
