Marillyn Franco, SHRM-CP ICAE, is a Senior Director of Guest Experience with SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. She has over 10 years of attractions management experience with a background in early childhood education. She has worked in benchmark organizations and opened three experiences in New York, SUMMIT One Vanderbilt being one of them. She is passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests, with the understanding that it starts with how much you invest in your team and their professional development.
