Marc Pollack is a seasoned operations leader with over 15 years of experience in the family entertainment and amusement industry. Marc's journey began as a ride operator at Boomers Boca Raton, and through dedication and support from Boomers, IAAPA, and FAA members, has risen to become the Corporate Director of Operations at Boomers Parks. In his current role, Marc oversees the strategic planning and execution of operational initiatives, ensuring seamless guest experiences and enhanced safety across multiple locations. His innovative problem-solving skills have led to significant efficiency improvements and the successful integration of technology within operations. Marc's collaborative approach extends to working closely with the marketing, hr, and food and beverage departments, driving cohesive strategies and enhanced performance. He is deeply committed to fostering talent development and promoting a culture of teamwork and guest satisfaction.
