Lisa Hall

Short biography

Lisa Hall is the Senior Director and General Manager of Volcano Bay at Universal Orlando Resort. In her role, Lisa is responsible for the overall strategic business planning and daily operation of Volcano Bay.  Lisa has worked in the amusement park industry for 30 years, starting as a Lifeguard at Wet n Wild in Orlando. In 2004, Lisa transitioned to Universal Orlando Resort as a Supervisor for Attraction Operations. Lisa has held a wide variety of positions within Universal, including Senior Manager for Front-of-House Operations for Blue Man Group and Director of Guest Services and VIP Experience. Lisa’s extensive experience has provided her with a broad understanding of the overall resort operation, and has driven her to continually evaluate the business to identify opportunities to improve both the Team Member and Guest experience.
