Lexi Hartman

Short biography

Lexi began her career in food service as a server at Ruby Tuesday while attending college and soon realized that she has a passion for the hospitality industry.  After quickly moving into a management role, Lexi has held various positions in food management including restaurants, hotels, and amusement parks.  Lexi is currently the Assistant Vice President of Revenue Operations at Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari where she oversees food and beverage operations, retail, admissions, games, and rentals.  Her positive can do attitude has continued to serve her and those she works with well.  She enjoys helping others realize their true potential and working with her team to make the guest experience exceptional.  In her free time, Lexi enjoys boating and spending time with her husband Jay, who she met at Ruby Tuesday, and their three children.
