Karyn Wilder

Short biography

Karyn Wilder, Vice-President, has been delivering exceptional leadership in the amusement and education industries for the past twenty-seven years.  Beginning her career as an educator, Ms. Wilder led the founding of a secondary private school where she served as Principal.  Prior to her role with ICON Experiences, Ms. Wilder served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources and Administration for Hawaiian Falls, a group of seven water parks in North and Central Texas.  Since joining ICON Experiences, Ms. Wilder has developed and opened two new projects in St. Louis and Kansas City.  Ms. Wilder strives to synthesize operations, human resources, finance, marketing, and IT to achieve optimal revenue fueled by building great teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences.
