Jim Mayall

Short biography

Jim is the Director of Games, Merchandising, and First Aid at DelGrosso’s Park & Laguna Splash in Tipton, Pennsylvania. With over 30 years of experience, he possesses extensive knowledge of the amusement industry, gained through various roles at DelGrosso’s Park, including Operations Manager, Safety Committee Chairman, Games Manager, and his current position. His expertise encompasses store and game building design and refreshes, merchandise design, planning and purchasing, inventory management, recruiting, training, team member retention, and leadership. Jim has also served on the Games and Merchandise Committee for IAAPA for seven years, including two years as the committee chairman. He is actively involved with the Blair County Chamber of Commerce's Youth to Work Committee, where he helps equip today's youth with the tools and skills necessary for the workforce. Additionally, Jim is an amusement park enthusiast who travels across the United States to visit and be inspired by the many parks that make up this amazing industry.
