Jerry Merola

Short biography

Jerry Merola serves as Managing Partner of Amusement Entertainment Management, LLC, a  position he has held for 29 years.  He has focused much of his efforts on analyzing and enhancing the performance of the firm’s 500+ operator portfolio, including owners of FEC’s, bowling centers, waterparks, theme parks, and cinemas.  Jerry has developed market feasibility studies, business valuations, operating plans, and funding programs for some of the most notable names in the entertainment industry. Earlier in his career, Jerry served as Vice President of one of the Northeast’s largest commercial banks, and presently serves on the advisory board of the $70 billion Commerce Bancorp.  He maintains undergraduate and graduate degrees from Fordham University and Fairleigh Dickinson University and has authored more than 250 articles in both the entertainment and financial services sectors. Jerry continues to serve as Regent of Foundations Entertainment University, and has previously served on both the FEC and Education boards of IAAPA.
