Biography

Jason Mitchell has worked in the amusement industry for more than 39 years. He has been a staff member, manager, and corporate executive for several of the most successful and influential family entertainment companies including Main Event and Intercard. Jason’s never-ending search for a guest’s next smile drives his passion for exceptional service. For more than 13 years he has brought his deep knowledge of customer service and technology to his role as Customer Success Manager for Intercard, the world leader in cashless technology. Jason has been a speaker at numerous industry gatherings hosted by such leading amusement trade associations as the BPAA, the AMOA and IAAPA.
