Short biography

Jamie Frumusa, APR, Communications Director As Director of Enterprise Communications at Herschend, Jamie is responsible for internal messaging to the company’s 12,000 hosts and executive communications. She also leads the company-wide crisis preparedness training program and is a key member of Herschend's Crisis Management Team. Jamie also serves Herschend's two dozen properties by providing spokesperson media training and public relations counsel. Prior to joining Herschend, Jamie was VP of a NY-based agency specializing in crisis management, public relations, and training programs for law enforcement, higher education institutions, healthcare systems, attractions brands, and CPG producers across the US, Canada, & South America. Gina Claassen, VP Safety As Herschend’s Vice President of Safety, Gina directs all Safety, Attractions, and Security programming for the organization’s two dozen parks, aquariums, resorts, and entertainment brands – including The Dollywood Company, the Vancouver Aquarium, and the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters. Gina’s primary function is to support and guide all safety, security, and attraction teams to ensure consistent compliance across properties and departments. Gina is instrumental in developing the framework around risk mitigation plans that support the company’s growth patterns and is a key member of the company’s Crisis Management Team.
