Biography

Clint Novak's fascination with the amusement industry began in 1999 at Valleyfair Amusement Park, where he found himself captivated by the thrill of roller coasters. In 2008, Clint co-founded the In the Loop Podcast and YouTube channel, becoming a digital presence with over 10 million viewers and 100,000 subscribers. Later, alongside his wife Shari, he transitioned to Happily Ever Novak, a YouTube channel exploring resorts, restaurants, and amusement parks. In 2013, Clint's journey reached new heights when he joined the Fun Land of Fredericksburg team, then known as Central Park Fun-Land. Under his guidance, the park underwent a dramatic transformation. Over a decade of dedicated service, Clint redefined the park’s identity, adding and refurbishing 16 rides and attractions. Clint’s efforts culminated in Fun Land of Fredericksburg receiving the prestigious Golden Ticket Award for Best Breakout FEC 2023 from Amusement Today. Today Clint is the Business Development Manager at A&A Global Industries where he consistently visits other Family Entertainment Centers, immersing himself in their operations and freely sharing innovative ideas. His initiatives have not only elevated individual parks but have also fostered a sense of unity within the FEC community, strengthening the industry as a whole.
