Short biography

The founder and CEO of NeoPangea, Brett is a rare breed of creative visionary who leads by example. He’s an art director, designer, storyteller, digital dreamweaver and creative magician.  As he quickly found out, the agency he always dreamed of working at didn’t exist; so, he built his own. And as the saying goes, if you build it, they will come. In this case, “they” are a talented group of creative eclectics and technologists that are the lifeblood of NeoPangea. Brett is also driven to develop great leaders, push his team to conceive the inconceivable, go beyond their own abilities, and give them a hug or a high five when they need it. Just know that when you work with Brett you’ll never be bored. That’s a promise.
