HEALTH AND SAFETY OVERVIEW - IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THIS SECTION
We appreciate that some of you may have limited experience with regards to the legal and practical aspects of health and safety management. This section is designed to give you sufficient guidance to discharge your responsibilities. Guidance, however, can only go so far and you have a legal duty to ensure that your operations do not compromise health and safety. Failing to do so can lead to prosecution and other legal sanctions. This section of the manual takes you to the show rules and regulations and includes useful information such IAAPA’s IP Policy, your contractual terms as an exhibitor, show policies and venue technical regulations. Please make yourself familiar with this section of the manual.
This section is relevant to Space Only or Raw Space Exhibitors. Here you will find all the relevant forms you are required to complete from audience participation, layout to contractors form plus much more. Please ensure you complete all forms, it is essential!

DSV, formerly Agility are looking after all your needs for shipping and handling for IAAPA Expo Europe. In this section you will find the tariffs, order form and shipping instructions. If you are an EU customer you will also find the information and a recording of the webinar we did in February on how to prepare and send your goods to London following BREXIT.
Here you will find all the information you will need from getting to the venue, parking, the ordering services via the ExCeL webshop that you may need to order for your booth. These services include: IT/technology, water/waste/gas and air, stand cleaning and waste disposal, rigging, catering, internet and network accessories.
