Description

It´s hard to believe, but two areas that have very different specialties and goals can collaborate to create a product that delivers results for both.

The restaurant/food team constantly seeks to innovate and introduce new items to increase revenue in the restaurants, while the  education team must develop creative ways to communicate key conservation messages to park visitors.

In this session we will explore the process of creating an unconventional "kids meal surprise" that is both attractive and educational.

Learning Objectives
- Being open and flexible to work as a multidisciplinary team has rewards
- Knowing your organizational culture and institutional goals can be more efficient to achieve institutional success
- Product/Program evaluation is key
