This EDUSession will provide attendees with insights into maximizing group sales effectiveness using a professional sports team mindset. Participants will be offered examples for optimizing group sales processes, including shifting mindsets from inbound sales to a more proactive, strategic approach aimed at expanding reach and revenue. We will walk through examples of how to evaluate current processes for lead flow and sales opportunities tied to traditional groups, theme nights, meeting planners, referral and loyalty programs, packaging and super groups.
