Acronym, schmacromyn...what is IDEA? Do I really need it? Can I really apply it? How can it help me with the challenges of recruitment, engagement, retention and turnover? What does it mean for my policies and procedures? Is there a way I can convince my bosses this is a good thing? A primer for learning and developing your own program, this practical workshop will challenge you to look at your local community and resources to leverage IDEA-based elements that will benefit everyone, employees and guests.
