IAAPA was able to secure a very limited number of rooms at the NH Collection Milano CityLife at a discounted rate. During the event, the hotel will serve a pick-up/drop-off point for the bus. If you wish to stay at NH Collection Milano CityLife, please secure your room at your earliest convenience at the following link as it may sell out soon.
The hotel will also serve as the main pick-up / drop-off point for the event. Should you not wish to book this hotel or it has already been sold out, we recommend booking a hotel in the CityLife area, which is very well connected to the Milano city centre via public transportation (metro / tram / buses).

- What is IAAPA Indoor Entertainment Summit?
The Summit is a two-day event focused on location-based entertainment - new perspectives and current successful business models. It combines a curated education conference, EDUTours around Milanese indoor venues and city experiences, and networking opportunities.
Will the event be in English?
The event will be hosted in English but Italian translation tools will be provided.
- What is included in the price?
The ticket price covers three EDUTours, two networking lunches, two drink receptions, two evening dinners and a two-hour education conference. Accommodation is not included.
- What are the cancellation terms and conditions?
In case attendees decide to cancel their participation, the following will apply:
- 75% fee to cover the non-refundable accommodation until Thursday, 21 November 2024.
- No refund (and no exception considered) from Friday, 22 November 2024.

Andrijana Kojic joined Forresters in 2023.
