The Amsterdam RAI railway station is located a stone's throw from the RAI. Just a seven-minute walk from RAI Amsterdam, the station is easily accessible by train from all over Netherlands. More information
- Getting to RAI Amsterdam By metro or bus

From Amsterdam Central Station take metro 52. This line provides the fastest connection from Amsterdam Central to the RAI, Europaplein stop. You can also take tram 4 and get off at the Europaplein stop.
From Amstel Station, you can reach RAI Amsterdam with metro 51 (get off at Amsterdam RAI station) or bus lines 62 (get off at Europaplein) or 65 (get off at Scheldeplein).
Metro 50, which runs between Amsterdam Sloterdijk en Gein, also stops at the Amsterdam RAI station. More Information
- Getting to RAI Amsterdam By Bicycle

There are bicycle racks at all entrances around the RAI site. Additional racks are placed at events when many people are expected to arrive by bike. Motorbikes and scooters can be parked free of charge next to the bike racks at the Elicium: follow the route P-RAI 7 to get there. More information

- Cloakrooms

There are two cloakrooms available to use located at entrance C and entrance F. There is no cost to leave bags and coats, however they cannot be left overnight.
Opening hours will be:- 07:30 – 19:00 CEST – Monday, 23 September (Entrance C only)
- 07:30 – 19:00 CEST - Tuesday, 24 September (Both Entrance C and F)

Members only – IAAPA Member Lounge located in the foyer accessible via the entrance C on the first floor. IAAPA Member Lounge offers a space to relax, check emails, charge devices, and network with a complimentary coffee, tea, or water.

IAAPA Operations Room – in the Holland Room on the first floor, accessible via entrance C. - IAAPA bus stop
- IAAPA bus stop will be located outside of RAI Amsterdam, near the entrance C, view on the map. It will be used on Monday, 23 September and Friday, 27 September for IAAPA Expo Europe Special Events participants. For more information, please visit the Info Desk in the registration area. Also follow the IAAPA Bus Stop signs when on-site.

IAAPA is committed to support the next generation of attractions industry’s talent. For the second time, IAAPA Foundation Charity for Future Talent, a fundraising initiative dedicated to support the next generation of attractions industry professionals, will take place at IAAPA Expo Europe. All the money raised will be used on university scholarships and to inspire people to pursue careers in the attractions industry. Each contribution made by participants to the IAAPA Foundation Charity For Future Talent will be matched by IAAPA. The charity booth will be located in the registration area.
On Wednesday 25 September, join the IAAPA Foundation Charity live auction, hosted by Massimiliano Freddi of Wonderwood and Jim Pattison Jr., of Ripley Entertainment and get a chance to bid and win some amazing lots offered by our partners. No registration required. This session is open to everyone with an Expo badge.

There are several large capacity car parks available for IAAPA Expo Europe visitors around RAI Amsterdam. There are between 3,200 to 5,000 parking spaces – view more information on parking and rates . Also, check IAAPA Expo Europe detailed map.

We welcome all guidance and assistance dogs. No other dogs/pets permitted.
- Prayer (interfaith), self-care, and meditation room

An interfaith, self-care, and meditation room is accessible via Entrance D at level -1. The two private cubicles can be closed from the inside for peace and privacy.
- Press and influencer registration

All press and influencers entering the show floor must have a PRESS or INFLUENCER name badge. A staff member from the IAAPA Press Office must escort press with TV cameras on the trade show floor if they are conducting interviews scheduled through IAAPA’s global communications team. Press should pick up their badges at the press registration counter, located in the registration area in the foyer accessible via the entrance C.
- Restaurant and concessions

There are several coffee bars, food trucks and catering points at RAI Amsterdam. They can be found outside and inside in the venue offering a variety of food formats and cuisine types.
- Safety and security

Venue security staff and hall managers can be contacted on-site, they will be visible in the halls and at the entrances. The nearest police station is located at Politiebureau Amsterdam-Zuid De Pijp.
To ensure participants’ safety, IAAPA uses the venue emergency procedures in cooperation with the RAI, the local medical team as well as the on-site fire brigade, to be prepared for any situation which might occur during IAAPA Expo Europe 2024. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available on the trade show floor and is intended for standard email and web browsing. Please do not upload/download large files, stream videos, or use anything that requires substantial bandwidth, or the Wi-Fi will not work for you or anyone else.

- Children policy
- All children attending the Expo must be registered. Registration for children 12 years of age and younger is complimentary, but children must always wear an identification wristband (available at Registration). Anyone age 13 years or older is required to pay the registration fee to access the trade show floor. If children are registered by a member company, member rates apply. If not, they will have to pay the full not-yet-member fee.
Children under 18:
- Must be accompanied by an adult at all times within RAI Amsterdam.
- Are not allowed to participate in tours and special events.
- Are not allowed on the trade show floor during exhibitor move in or move out, or early/late access hours.
- IAAPA recommends that only single strollers or wheeled luggage be used on the trade show floor to avoid trip hazards and injury.
- IAAPA Expo Europe location selection process

IAAPA Expo Europe location rotates every year. The process of selecting the future venue takes place years in advance and is decided by IAAPA members in committees. The process includes the following steps.
- IAAPA EMEA M&S Committee has established a number of venue selection criteria.
- 1. First tier city
- 2. Exhibition venue in reasonable distance to city centre and hotels
- 3. Easily accessible, international flight connections
- 4.Strong attractions industry in the host country
- 5. Availability in third or fourth week of September with show open days Tuesday to Thursday
- 6. Must have a sustainability policy and a sustainability officer
- 7. Must have an accessibility policy

Based on the above selection criteria IAAPA team comes up with a list of venues.

- IAAPA Intellectual Property Policy and Procedures

IAAPA Board of Directors adopted a policy and procedures document regarding intellectual property for companies who purchase 1) exhibit space for any IAAPA expo, 2) sponsorship for any IAAPA event, 3) or advertising for any IAAPA publications. In general, this policy requires the purchasing company to attest that it owns or has rights to sell the product and in the event of a dispute will abide by a binding arbitration process. We strongly encourage our manufacturers, and consultant members to become familiar with this policy to make sure you comply with its provisions.
