Dan is the CEO and Founder of Dream Leadership Consulting. For years, Dan has coached companies working to transition from 7-figures to 8-figures in their business. This is a particularly tricky transition for anyone because it is the moment when a leader moves from business owner to CEO. Dan and his team at Elite have worked with hundreds of business owners and helped them grow bottom line revenue, and the quality of their culture. Having helped lead a company on the Inc 500 and on the Great Places to Work list, Dan understands how to strike the balance for stakeholders and employees. 

Before founding Dream Leadership Consulting, Dan was the facilitator of the Dreaming Program at Infusionsoft (a small software company in Chandler, AZ), where he helped employees identify, articulate and accomplish their dreams. As a result of his work, he has developed the ability to help people discover their dreams and learn how to go after them. His realistic approach to dreaming recognizes that dreaming is not a "magic pill" but rather a new way of thinking about our ability to create.

This wide variety of experience has carried Dan to stages around the world. Whether it's a group of 12,000 or 12, Dan has a magical ability to build trust and create transformation.

Verne Harnish is the founder of the world-renowned Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), with over 16,000 members worldwide, and chaired for fifteen years EO’s premiere CEO program held at MIT, a program in which he still teaches today. 

Founder and CEO of Scaling Up, a global executive education and coaching company with over 200 partners on six continents, Verne has spent the past four decades helping companies scale up.  

He’s the author of the bestseller Mastering the Rockefeller Habits; authored The Greatest Business Decisions of All Times," for which Jim Collins wrote the foreword; and wrote Scaling Up (Rockefeller Habits 2.0) which has been translated into 22 languages and has won eight major international book awards including the prestigious International Book Award for Best General Business book. His latest book, Scaling Up Compensation, rocketed to the #1 HR book on Amazon.

Verne also chairs the annual ScaleUp Summits and serves on several boards including vice chair of The Riordan Clinic; co-founder and chair of Geoversity; and board member of the social venture Million Dollar Women. A private investor in many scaleups, Verne enjoys piano, tennis, and magic as a card-carrying member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians.
