IAAPA Latin American, Caribbean Hosts Networking Events in Brazil and Mexico
At the beginning of November, IAAPA Latin America, Caribbean hosted two Meet IAAPA events in their region. The first took place in São Paulo, Brazil at the Jacarandá Restaurant, with 60 attendees gathered from all over Brazil. The participants enjoyed a networking breakfast, where they mingled with industry professionals and made new connections. They also celebrated Marcelo Gutglas’ recent induction into the IAAPA Hall of Fame.
The second Meet IAAPA event for the Latin America, Caribbean region was held in Mexico City at Bistró Chapultepec Restaurant, where 37 local attendees participated in their own networking breakfast. The event’s main goal was to reconnect members with industry professionals and give them the opportunity to build professional relationships and exchange best practices.
Both Meet IAAPA events were the first in-person gatherings in the region since before the pandemic began and were marked by positivity and confidence in the industry’s recovery.
