If you also register for the Post Tour, this will start on Thursday, March 27 departing from Presidente InterContinental Mexico City hotel at 8:30 a.m. and will end on March 28, returning to the Presidente InterContinental Mexico City hotel at 9 p.m. aprox. Day 1. Monday, March 24
Trade Connections and Educational Sessions
Location: Presidente InterContinental Mexico City Hotel and Hasbro City
Event time: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Enjoy a perfect combination of ideas from leading international speakers, networking activities and trade connections.
Develop the skills and knowledge of an attractions professional. Among the topics that we will address throughout the day are: teamwork in the operation to guarantee the customer journey experience; extraordinary perspectives of care and service that deserve international awards; news to face the challenge of staffing at attractions and temporary staff; artificial intelligence as a catalyst for the leader's skills and knowledge and much more.
In the evening, enjoy a visit to Hasbro City, a themed FEC and the first multi-branded Hasbro-themed attraction of its kind in Latin America. The park offers a range of interactive and immersive experiences, rides, attractions and merchandise based on popular Hasbro brands, such as Transformers, Monopoly, My Little Pony, Power Rangers, and Nerf. Summit attendees will get a backstage tour and will enjoy a VIP dinner while experiencing the attractions.
Day 2. Tuesday, March 25
Trade Connections and Educational Sessions
Location: Presidente InterContinental Mexico City Hotel and Aztlán Parque Urbano
Event time: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Strengthen your strategic alliances and friendships on this second day of networking, business connections, and add that touch of inspiration and operational excellence that will boost your strategies and development as an attractions and entertainment executive.
We will review topics such as: what young professionals need from their leaders, from their own point of view; maintain a business vision and strengthen the brand even in difficult times; be aware of food and beverage trends in the industry, as well as advances and experiences based on technology, seeking to generate income; strengthen leadership with the development of sales and marketing skills. All this guided by expert and recognized speakers who will make your day memorable.
For a big ending this day, enjoy a Mexican Fiesta at Aztlán Parque Urbano, a new amusement park located on the former site of the iconic Feria de Chapultepec. The park offers a mix of modern and nostalgic attractions, including a giant 85-meter Ferris wheel and a variety of family-friendly rides like a hand-painted two-story carousel and bumper cars, integrating elements of Mexican culture and history, with immersive experiences, virtual reality and thrill rides.
Day 3. Wednesday, March 26
EDUTours in Mexico City
Location: Kinezis and Acuario Michin Mexico City
Event time: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Kinezis is a new entertainment and wellness concept launched by KidZania in Mexico, designed to blend fitness, fun, and health in one unique space. It offers three core experiences: Fun, Fit, and Health. The Fun area is a space for adventurous activities like climbing walls, zip lines, and trampolines, turning exercise into a playful, calorie-burning experience for all ages. We will take part of a backstage tour and will have free time to enjoy the facilities before networking at lunch.
Acuario Michin in Mexico City is the largest aquarium in Mexico and Latin America. It houses over 300 species, including sharks, stingrays, sea turtles, seahorses, and jellyfish, as well as various reptiles and land animals like capybaras, lemurs, and flamingos. The aquarium offers interactive experiences, such as feeding rays or walking through the shark tunnel, in addition of a large entertainment área with activities like rock climbing, zip lines, mini golf, a skating rink, and more. Summit attendees will get a backstage tour and enjoy the facilities.

Day 1. Thursday, March 27
Tour to Entertainment Facilities in Morelos
Location: Jardines de México and El Rollo water park
Event time: All day — Detailed schedule coming soon
Jardines de México is one of the largest floral parks in the world, located in the state of Morelos, Mexico. Covering over 51 hectares (126 acres), the park features a variety of themed gardens, each representing different styles and plant species. In addition to the gardens, the park offers activities such as yoga, concerts, and seasonal events like festivals of lights or flower shows. The site also includes restaurants, event venues, and educational workshops aimed at promoting environmental awareness.
El Rollo water park is a popular water park located in Mexico founded 70 years ago , known for its wide range of water attractions and activities, including water slides, wave pools, lazy rivers, children areas and restaurants, making it a great destination for families and thrill-seekers alike.
Lodging on March 27 at El Rollo Water Park is included in the registration fee.
Day 2. Friday, March 28
Tour to Entertainment Facilities in Puebla
Location: Inflalandia Quack Puebla and Africam Safari wildlife park
Event time: All Day — The estimated time for being back to Presidente InterContinental Mexico City hotel is 9 p.m.
Inflalandia Quack Puebla is a family entertainment center that features a variety of inflatable play structures, slides, and games, creating a fun and safe environment for kids and parents to enjoy. The facility hosts birthday parties and events, offering activities that encourage physical play and social interaction. We will enjoy a detailed presentation of their unique business model and theming, as well as free time to enjoy the facilities.
Africam Safari wildlife park features a drive-through experience where visitors can see a variety of animals in environments that mimic their natural habitats. The park emphasizes conservation and education, allowing guests to observe animal species up close. Post Tour attendees will immerse themselves in this experience through a networking lunch and a reception, as well as two VIP animal interactions of their choice (limited spaces available).
