What to Expect at IAAPA Expo Asia
IAAPA Expo Asia is headed to Shanghai, China, to reconnect attractions industry professionals with business colleagues, innovative exhibiting companies on the trade show floor, and engaging educational experiences. The Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) will host the attractions industry’s premier event in Asia from Aug. 10 to 13. Trade Show Floor
Open from Aug. 11 to 13, the trade show floor will present groundbreaking products and services. Key attractions decision-makers and buyers will have the chance to meet with manufacturers and suppliers representing themed design, games, retail, food and beverage (F&B), ride technology, and more.
Education Sessions
IAAPA Expo Asia will host nine education sessions led by experienced industry leaders to help attendees grow their businesses and advance their careers. Session topics include planning themed entertainment experiences, growth opportunities in F&B and retail, leveraging intellectual property, water park developments, consumer trends, market outlooks, and more. Education sessions will be simultaneously translated into English and Mandarin Chinese.
IAAPA Expo Asia: 2021 Insights
Exploring the theme of “New Ways Forward,” IAAPA Expo Asia: 2021 Insights on Aug. 10 is a full-day, ticketed event at Shanghai’s Shendi Center, featuring keynote presentations by senior-level industry professionals from well-known attractions in the Asia-Pacific region. Attendees will gain insights from stories of recovery, innovation, and new perspectives, as well as enjoy a networking luncheon. IAAPA Expo Asia: 2021 Insights will conclude with an evening reception at Shanghai Disneyland, including a buffet dinner and viewing of a new nighttime spectacular.
IAAPA Opening Reception
Taking place on Aug. 11 at The BREW, a craft brewery at Kerry Hotel Pudong, IAAPA Opening Reception will offer participants the opportunity to meet and network with industry peers and kick off an exciting week at IAAPA Expo Asia, while enjoying in craft beers, pub-style dishes, and live music entertainment.
Post Tour
Following IAAPA Expo Asia, attendees can take part in an exclusive post tour exploring Beijing, China, from Aug. 14 to 15. In the capital of China and home of arts and national history, only a limited number of participants will embark on tours of attractions and forge connections.
