Carolyn Oh
Carolyn, Group Chief Learning & Development Officer for TEEG – The Entertainment and Education Group, has more than 15 years of experience in L&D and has a strong blend of Learning/Training Delivery and Talent Management experience within the Services Industry.
She graduated with Bachelor of Science (Hotel Administration) from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, USA in 1998, and worked in the United States for a few years before returning to Singapore.
Before TEEG, she was with the Robinsons & RSH Group for 4 years as Group Head, Learning & Development, and spent 7 years with the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) where she started as the Talent Development Manager focusing on performance management and leadership development. Thereafter, taking up the Learning and Training Delivery Manager position where she supported hotels across the Asia Pacific region in a range of training programmes.
Carolyn a truly people person, enjoys travelling to various countries across the globe and exploring new things.
