Description

A team of neurodivergent people to take care of visitor’s experience: Casa Batlló became the first UNESCO World Heritage Site to have, thanks to the collaboration with the organization Specialisterne, a staff of neurodivergent people (autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, TDH, etc.). More than 60 people are in charge of the visitor's attention and will ensure the quality of the visitor's experience.
