Creators of floating aquaparks around the world, Wibit Sports, introduced the Wibit WaterMask to help attractions and guests respond to new coronavirus safety regulations. The mask is made of neoprene and is easy to open and close. Slits on both sides of the mask make breathing simple, and when users dive into the water, the mask fills with water, but its specially designed drainage opening allows water to drain immediately once the swimmer has surfaced. The WaterMask is available in three sizes—small, medium, and large—with a minimum order requirement of 100 masks. Wibit says the mask is useful not only to aquaparks, but all activities connected to water, such as lifeguarding, paddleboating, canoeing, etc.
Luboo, creator of rentable GPS trackers to help parents and caregivers keep track of children, introduced a new app called Scrubbd to help parks and attractions deal with new protocols related to COVID-19. Scrubbd is a digital hygiene and sanitation checklist that helps facilities manage what, when, and how to clean. Digitized cleaning reminders can be sent to operators, including government-regulated checklists. When the cleaning is completed, attractions can place “We’ve Been Scrubbd” stickers on high-contact areas so the public will know an area has been cleaned.
