"I found the speakers that were brought in to be extremely valuable—their information, their insights, their years of experience," she remarks.
Sebastian Ludwig, customer care center and reservations manager at Europa-Park, echoes Twisler's sentiments, praising keynote speaker Doug Lansky for his thought-provoking presentation.
"I really enjoyed [Doug Lansky] talking about inspiration that you can take back to your company that looks outside the toolbox ... and to think about your strategy before you’re starting to do something," Ludwig shares.
Dawn Kirby, senior marketing manager at WhiteWater, adds her perspective on the summit's programming, emphasizing the value of Meow Wolf CEO Jose Tolosa’s presentation on understanding evolving marketing strategies.
"The Meow Wolf presentation, especially talking about how media has changed—how we’re going to have to evolve our marketing ... was really interesting," Kirby notes.
