Kings Island in Mason, Ohio, opened for the season in early July, after remaining closed this spring out of an abundance of caution in wake of the coronavirus. The park has implemented dozens of changes that promote safe operating practices this summer. From entry screenings and the removal of park maps to ride operation pivots and changes in midway games, there are scores of key learnings available.
