- What is included in the price of IAAPA EMEA Spring Summit?

Ticket price offers a luxurious all-inclusive full package experience from the moment of landing at Antalya Airport to your departure. Elements included are: two-night accommodation package or three-night accommodation package (option to choose from) at the luxury all-inclusive resort Rixos Premium Belek, full board including breakfast, lunch, dinner and an open bar, airport shuttle from/to hotel and The Land of Legends, access to The Land of Legends on 25 April, all event elements such as EDUTour, education conference and an exclusive beach party.
- What are cancellation terms and conditions?

In case IAAPA decides to cancel the event, a full registration fee refund will be applied.
In case attendees decide to cancel their participation, the following will apply:
- 75% fee to cover the non-refundable accommodation between 13 to 27 March 2024.
- No refund (and no exception considered) from 27 March 2024
