Webinar: Consumer Trends Impacting the Attractions Industry in the U.S.
February 20, 2024
Please Note: Webinar Time is 1-2 p.m. Eastern Time
As innovators of customers service, attractions and entertainment venues best deliver guest experiences when they understand how to meet consumer expectations. To better understand what potential visitors want and how it may have changed in recent years, a study was conducted in October 2023. IAAPA partnered with LaneTerralever, a marketing and customer experience agency, to conduct a national survey among U.S. attraction visitors and interviews with a range of attraction industry executives. The webinar reveals key findings attraction operators can use to help attract and retain visitors.
Learning objectives:
- Learn how consumer desires change based on the type of visit and throughout the visit lifecycle.
- Discover generational differences regarding the types of experiences sought by consumers.
- Understand the role sustainability, edutainment and technology play during visits.
A question and answer session will follow the webinar.
Attendees are eligible to earn one continuing education unit (1 CEU) towards IAAPA recertification. For more information about IAAPA Certifications, please contact Alissa DeMeglio.
