Best Exhibit Awards
The IAAPA Brass Ring Best Exhibit Awards competition recognises the booth presentation in three categories based on the booth size at IAAPA Expo Europe.
Image Award - New for 2024
The Image Award is awarded to the most outstanding exhibit booth at IAAPA Expo. All Best Exhibit Award entries are automatically entered for the Image Award. However, consideration for the Image Award does not require submission of an application.
- Eligibility

- Must be a member of IAAPA and exhibiting at IAAPA Expo Europe 2024.
- Exhibitors who violate any IAAPA trade show rules and regulations will not be eligible for any Exhibitor Awards.
- Space Only Booths are only eligible to take part.
- Entry Procedures

- All entries must be submitted via the online portal.
- If the exhibitor has more than one booth, please indicate which booth(s) you would like to be judged. If your select more than one booth, the square footage will be added together to determine the proper category.
- There is no cost to submit an entry.
- The deadline is 13 September 2024.
- Judging

- A panel of judges comprised of IAAPA facility members will evaluate all booths and recommend one winner and one runner up for each category.
- Booths will be judged on Tuesday, 24 September during open show hours.
- IAAPA representative approves all winners.
- The decision of the judges is final.
- Exhibitors will be notified by 17:00 on Tuesday, 24 September if they win.
- Awards will be announced at the Leadership Breakfast on Wednesday, 25 September. IAAPA will provide one complimentary ticket to each winning company.
- Winners will be published in an upcoming Funworld issue and receive an award.
- Judging Criteria

- Booth Design - Quality, originality and uniqueness.
- Branding - Use of corporate logo and/or brand within the design of the booth; promotion of product or service.
- Staffing - Professional appearance; welcoming and friendly demeanor; approachable and knowledgeable.
- Overall Appeal - Both cleanliness; attractive layout; ease of access to information with the booth.
- Categories (based on booth size)

- 9 - 27 square meters
- 36 - 54 square meters
- 63 square meters and larger
