Audience Participation Form
Please submit this form by 26 July 2024 and include the documents required below.
1) A sketch of your stand layout with ASTM, or equivalent, compliant fencing.
2) Multi perspective photographs or overhead and side view renderings.
3) Copy of Liability insurance, including a total combined policy of at least €3,000,000.00, with €2,000,000.00 minimum per occurrence, not excluding coverage for participants, as outlined in your contract T&Cs.
Policy should name IAAPA Europe and its affiliates, employees, officers, and directors, or its entities, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, officers, staff, volunteers and employees, “as additional insured under the exhibitor’s general liability insurance policy. The exacts show dates including move-in and move-out must be included on this certificate. Move In 21-23 September 2024, Show dates 24-26 September 2024, Move Out 26-27 September 2024.
4) Operational standard procedures / guidelines including emergency and/or evacuation plan.
5) Participant / riders requirement and limitations.
6) Copies, photos, rendering, or description of safety and audio signs.
7) Operator and attendant training record, or verification of completed training.
8) A copy of the device or attraction opening check list.
9) Supply copy of prior government or private inspection approval, for manufacturing and/or
construction. This would be from any private certification firm, engineering firm, and/or
governmental approvals.
10) If the device or attraction is a prototype, the required documentation is extended to major
componentry. Please send a written history of major componentry and the reason(s) why IAAPA should grant approval for its live demonstration to the public.
11) Supply any documents that could answer any questions by the safety consultants about safety concerns, inconsistencies with industry standard and applicable safety ordinances, codes and regulations relating to the construct and demonstration of your exhibit.
