What is the Exhibitor Guest Program?

The Exhibitor Guest Program ensures your customers and prospects can attend the show—as your guest—for free. This is an excellent way for you to provide a personalized benefit to customers, increase your visibility, and strengthen your relationship with them at IAAPA Expo Asia. Persons registering with an Exhibitor Guest Registration code will receive free admission to the trade show floor (Tuesday – Thursday). Anyone who wishes to attend the education program, can upgrade during the registration process. Members get education for free. Non-members pay TBD prices for advance and on-site respectively.

How Does It Work?

Exhibitors should login to Exhibitor Registration and will be able to view their Exhibitor Guest Code and allotment on the summary page. Each code will provide 10 per 9sqm of booth space complimentary registrations to IAAPA Expo Asia. Exhibitors can send as many invitations as they would like, but only 10 per 9sqm of booth space may register with the code. Exhibitors that have more than 10 per 9 sqm of booth space buyers who wish to attend can request an additional allotment by contacting [email protected]. Exhibitor Guest registrations should be registered by TBD, however, your code will be active on-site for additional requests. Once guests register, the exhibitor will be able to view the list on the Exhibitor Registration dashboard, as well.

Provide the link to the Asia expo main page with the instructions to click the REGISTER button with your code to your customers. NOTE: Exhibitors cannot register the guests themselves. Each person will need to register themselves individually.

What if my Guests are Already Registered?

If an attendee receives an Exhibitor Guest invitation but already registered and paid, they can cancel their paid registration by TBD and receive a full refund less a US$25 processing fee by contacting [email protected] and then re-register with the Exhibitor Guest Code. There are no registration refunds for this purpose after TBD.

How do I See Who Registered with my Exhibitor Guest Code?

Exhibitors who wish to view who has registered with their code, can login to Exhibitor Registration and click the link under Exhibitor Guest on the Exhibitor Summary page. Any unauthorized registrants can be canceled by emailing [email protected]. Please encourage your guests to register early. IAAPA will not accept lists of guests to register on-site.

Can my Exhibitor Booth Staff Use the Exhibitor Guest Code?

Exhibitor Guest Invitations not used to register customers and prospects, may be used to register additional Exhibit Staff beyond the allotment of complimentary Exhibitor Staff Badges. Exhibitor Staff Badges obtained in this manner will also be complimentary, but these registrants will only have access to the trade show floor during open show hours. These registrants will also be subjected to the verification process on-site. Exhibitors who use their Exhibitor Guest Code for booth staff will NOT receive an increase in allotment. Booths that are complimentary are also prohibited from receiving additional allotment of guest passes.
