ORLANDO, Fla., US – IAAPA, the global association for the attractions industry, today announced registration is now open for the 17th Annual IAAPA International Charity Golf Tournament, IAAPA Footprints From the Heart 5K Run/1 Mile Walk, and the 10th Annual Motorcycle Ride Benefiting Give Kids The World Village. The annual events take place during IAAPA Expo 2019 (formerly IAAPA Attractions Expo) and raise funds for Give Kids The World (GKTW) Village — an 84-acre, nonprofit resort in Central Florida that creates magical memories for children with critical illnesses and their families from around the world.
This year celebrates the 25th anniversary of the IAAPA and Give Kids The World Village partnership. As a long-standing partner since 1994, the association has supported the IAAPA World Passport for Kids, a program that provides complimentary admission to participating IAAPA-member facilities for GKTW wish children and their immediate families. In addition, IAAPA and its members have donated more than $1 million benefitting GKTW since that time.
