There’s nothing like going back home again. For Keith James, a winter walk around Kings Island in Mason, Ohio, feels like a homecoming. Five decades ago, James had just concluded his first season at the park as an entertainment manager. During Kings Island’s inaugural season, James could have only imagined where his 50-year career in the global attractions industry would lead. From the United States to Canada, Australia to the United Arab Emirates, and nations in between, James’ work covers the globe.
As the President of JRA—part of the RWS Entertainment Group—James slows down long enough to join Behind the Lines to provide insight, reflect upon a storied career, take a tour his home park during Kings Island's famed WinterFest event, and share what he cherishes most: his family.
