This November, IAAPA Expo 2022 is ready to inspire attractions industry professionals when they gather at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. With the Education Conference taking place Nov. 14-17 and the trade show floor open Nov. 15-18, attendees will spend a week engaging in special events and education sessions, exploring the latest innovations, participating in exciting EDUTours, and more. The global attractions industry’s premier event will encourage connection among participants, sharing of ideas, and discovery of new technologies.
Possibilities Down Every Aisle
The trade show floor at IAAPA Expo 2022—open from Nov. 15 to 18—will spread across more than 480,000 square feet of exhibit space and feature over 900 exhibiting companies. Attendees can learn about and interact with exhibitors’ state-of-the-art products and services in design theming, family entertainment, food and beverage, games and arcade, inflatables, rides, virtual reality, and more. High-level executives, general managers, owners, and operators will browse the trade show floor to find business innovations that will take their attractions to the next level.
Enlightening Insights
From Nov. 14 to 17, Expo attendees can take part in more than 100 educational experiences, developed by IAAPA’s constituency committees and education subcommittees. Featuring over 250 industry speakers and experts, the Education Conference’s education sessions, roundtables, and panel discussions offer valuable content tailored to the needs of attractions professionals.
Sessions will cover a variety of topics in entertainment, facility operations, human resources, marketing, safety, and more. Institutes, symposia, and learning lunches will give participants the chance to network with peers and industry leaders, while learning new business approaches. Attendees can customize their education schedules to fit their individual objectives.
Returning for 2022, EDUTalks are 15-minute sessions held on the trade show floor’s EDUTalk Stage, highlighting industry subjects in a more casual learning environment.
The Education Conference is included with IAAPA members’ Expo registration. Not-yet-members may purchase the Education Conference package in addition to their Expo registration to gain access.
Exciting Special Events
Keynote speakers will lead engaging presentations at the Lunch and Learn, Opening Ceremony, and Leadership Breakfast. IAAPA Celebrates, receptions for member constituencies and regions, and charity events benefiting Give Kids The World Village will allow participants to enjoy themselves and the company of others in the industry. New for 2022, the Food and Beverage Operators’ Reception hosted by the IAAPA Food and Beverage Committee will celebrate Ken Whiting’s term as IAAPA Chairman.
