Dear IAAPA Members,
The global attractions industry is renowned for safely bringing people together to create memories. Now more than ever, IAAPA remains committed to serving, supporting, and advocating for you as together we focus on safe reopenings and welcoming back guests to attractions around the world.
As our communities reopen, we must continue to remain vigilant and remind our teams and guests to follow the important guidelines for mask use, physical distancing, enhanced sanitation protocols, and frequent handwashing. All eyes are on our industry to demonstrate how to safely welcome guests. We also have a responsibility to help government officials and the public understand how our reopening guidelines are consistent with our industry’s long-standing commitment to providing safe and fun experiences. By following guidance from local health officials and reinforcing new attractions industry protocols with our guests and each other, we are helping ensure facilities remain open, and we are setting standards to inspire other businesses as well.
