- Is accommodation included in the IAAPA Middle East Trade Summit 2024 packages?

- No, accommodation is not included in any of the Summit packages. However, there is a preferred IAAPA rate for event participants at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island as the official hotel for the event as well as other hotels nearby. To make a reservation, click here.
- What do I need to travel to Abu Dhabi?

- GCC citizens only require a valid passport. No visa requirements for EU, UK and US, Japan, Australian and New Zealand citizens. However, please ensure there is 6 months validity on your passport. Other nationalities please check with your local embassy to learn about your specific requirements. More information.
- Other travel and health requirements may apply. Contact the embassy of your country to learn about the specific requirements that apply in your case.
- What are the different ways to participate in the event?

There are different ways of participation:
- Exhibitor: presents products and services in a 3x3 shell scheme booth at the Trade Connections area, have access to education conferences, and participates in four EDUTours (SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi). Due to limited capacity, only one person per company is included in the Trade Partner package. The exhibiting company can add a second staff member to represent their company using regular attendee registration.
- Sponsor: has special brand visibility during the summit, giving the opportunity to raise brand awareness among trade summit attendees. There are eight different exclusive packages. For more information connect with [email protected]

Attendee: benefits from access to the Trade Connections area to learn about the products and services that exhibitors are presenting, and have access to insightful education conferences. If registered to the Full Summit package, attendee will also join four EDUTours (SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi)
- When is the payment deadline?

- Participation is not confirmed until IAAPA has received full payment. Please pay your dues latest 10 days after receipt of your invoice, but not later than two weeks prior to the first event day. Your seat will be secured only upon receipt of payment. Thanks for your understanding that we will need to allocate your seat to the next person on the registration list if payment is outstanding after the payment deadline.
- What are the terms and conditions and the refund policy for attendees?

- In case IAAPA decides to cancel the event due to a major cause, a full registration fee refund will be applied.
- In case attendees decide to cancel their participation the following will apply: a full refund can be offered before the 22 December 2023. From the 23 December 2023 to 8 January, 2024 an administrative fee of 50% will be charged. There will be no refunds offered (and no exception considered) from 9 January 2024.
- Please note that in the event of cancellation due to government-induced travel restrictions, attendees will be fully refunded if and only if, they can prove that their government has changed the travel regulations after their booking.

- Are children/spouses and/or partners allowed at the event?

IAAPA Middle East Trade Summit is a business event. No one under the age of 18 may take part. Access to the programme is limited to attendees only.

- What is included in the Trade Partner package?

The trade partner package includes:
- One access to trade connections 22-24 January, 2024 with a A 3x3m shell scheme booth with one table, two chairs, one counter and company nameboard, one power socket and three spotlights
- One complimentary registration to IAAPA Middle East Trade Summit, which includes access to education program, trade connections, two networking lunches, three networking dinners, and four EDUtours (SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi)
The Trade Partner Package includes one person registration to the event. Additional staff to represent your company should register using attendee registration.

- Is it possible to personalise booth?

Booth personalisation is composed of two logos one on the fascia board and one on the counter. Please provide logo by Friday 22 December, 2023 to [email protected].
In addition, exhibitors can also personalise shell scheme walls with graphics and digital screens. Please contact Janette Rama on [email protected] for a quotation or further details. Any additional requests must be provided Friday 22 December, 2023. - Are there any sponsorship opportunities?

- Can there be more than two people representing an exhibiting company?

- Two people is the limit for Trade Partners with exhibiting booths. Suppliers have limited spots to ensure a healthy operator/supplier attendance ratio. Trade partners (companies with a booth in the event) are allowed one person per company, and can register a second one using regular attendee registration. Non-exhibiting suppliers are only allowed one person per company.
- Cancellation policy For Exhibitors/Sponsors:

- There is a 14-day cooling off period from the date of signature, where exhibitors can cancel the Trade Partner Agreement for 2024 and receive a full refund. After such time, 100% of the total fees payable apply. 100% of the total fees payable under this Agreement for any cancellation of a sponsorship. Sponsor/Exhibitor agrees that payments or deposits made by Sponsor/Exhibitor may be used toward satisfying any cancellation fees dueto IAAPA under this Agreement. Upon receipt of cancellation notice from Sponsor/Exhibitor, IAAPA shall have no further obligations to Sponsor/Exhibitor under this Agreement. IAAPA reserves the right to cancel any Agreement not paid in full and to retain as liquidated damages any amounts already paid. If IAAPA cancels this Agreement due to Sponsor/Exhibitors material breach, Sponsor/Exhibitor shall not be entitled to any refund, and any remaining balance under the Agreement shall become immediately due and payable.
