IAAPA EMEA Winter Summit FAQs
1. What is IAAPA EMEA Winter Summit 2023?
IAAPA EMEA Winter Summit is a two-day event that includes EDUTours, an educational conference, and networking opportunities for the leisure community – especially events and entertainment professionals.
It will take place between 6 – 7 December in Spain.
2. Is accommodation included in the registration fee?
Accommodation for the summit is not included in your registration fees. The recommended hotel is the Radisson RED Madrid. The Radisson RED Madrid will also be the pick-up and drop-off location for the IAAPA shuttles to Parque Warner and Puy du Fou España.
3. Are children, spouses and/or partners allowed at the Winter Summit?
IAAPA EMEA Winter Summit is a business event. No one under the age of 18 may participate. The summit program access is limited to attendees only.
4. What are the terms and conditions and the refund policy?
In case IAAPA decides to cancel the event, a full registration fee refund will be applied.
In case attendees decide to cancel their participation the following will apply: a full refund can be offered before 6 November 2023. From 7 - 22 November 2023, an administrative fee of 50% will be charged. There will be no refunds offered (and no exception considered) from 23 November 2023.
Please note that in the event of cancellation due to government-induced travel restrictions, guests will be fully refunded if and only if they can prove that their government has changed the travel regulations after their booking.
