Exhibitor Services Guide is Now Available

The online Exhibitors Services Guide (ESG) is an online portal containing order forms and information to prepare for exhibiting. Key details you can find there include:

Book Your Hotels and Travel Early

We recommend booking your accommodation and travel in advance. Take advantage of exclusive deals for IAAPA exhibitors, including competitive hotel rates and air travel.

Review and Plan Move-In and Move-Out Times

This year, there are only three days for exhibitor Move-In, which differs from the usual four days. Make sure to familiarise yourself with the 2024 Move-In schedule and plan accordingly.

Move-Out times below will remain the same as previous years.

Sign the Exhibitor Sustainability Commitment

Together we can reduce the impact of the Expo and build on the success of our sustainability achievements in 2023. Review the recommended steps and sign the Exhibitor Sustainability Commitment by logging into Required Documents.   

Be Aware of Fake Mailing Lists and Unauthorised Vendors

Many companies use the internet to gain access to IAAPA’s exhibitor list then reach out to you via telephone or email pretending to be an official vendor or housing provider for IAAPA. Before agreeing to do business, check the official contractor list or contact [email protected] to be sure they are IAAPA-approved. Non-official contractors need to be approved by IAAPA to access the show floor and there may be hidden costs such as freight handling fees that need to be paid.

Companies offering you access to past IAAPA Expo Europe attendees are not from IAAPA. IAAPA does not sell or release attendee contact information from any event. For your own protection, you should refrain from conducting business with these rogue companies. For more information, click here.

Registration is Open – BOOK YOUR STAFF NOW

You can register your booth staff, book your event tickets here. To register your booth staff, use the same password as for the access to the Exhibitor Hub, which you will have received already in your booth confirmation letter. If you forgot your password, retrieve it by clicking on “forgot your password”.

Booth Fee Deadline - IMPORTANT

The booth fee deadline of 31 May has now passed. All fees were due to be paid by this date. If you have not done so already, please get this paid as soon as possible by contacting [email protected] Please note, that if you have not paid in full for your booth you will not receive exhibitor guest passes when they become available.

We remind all exhibitors about booking your accommodation and travel in advance. Use exclusive deals for IAAPA exhibitors and act fast as Amsterdam is expected to be busy in September.

Best Exhibit Awards – NOW OPEN

The IAAPA Best Exhibit Awards competition recognises the best booth presentation in three categories based on booth size including the design, branding, staffing, product in booth, and overall appeal. NEW: In 2024 we are introducing the Image Award for the most outstanding exhibit booth at IAAPA Expo Europe. Entries will be automatically entered for the Image Award

Exhibitor Guest Passes – NOW AVAILABLE

Each exhibitor receives an allotment of free Exhibitor Guest Passes, for their guests to attend the Expo for free. To access your guest code and options to share with your customers, login to Exhibitor Registration then click the Exhibitor Guest tab. You can share the link or code with your customers and prospects. It’s important they register themselves due to the unique Single Sign On process to IAAPA.org.  

Have you Registered your Booth Staff Yet?

Don’t forget to register your booth staff through the Exhibitor Registration site. To access, login to your eBooth using your company password and click the Exhibitor Registration link. If you cannot locate your password, contact [email protected].

  Press Conference Opportunities at IAAPA Expo Europe 2024

  Got exciting company news to share? IAAPA Expo Europe in Amsterdam is right around the corner, and we invite you to use this opportunity as a platform for sharing your news! The deadline to submit a press conference request is Friday, Aug. 30. Press conference dates and times will be assigned in September. Exhibitor Sustainability Commitment – SIGN UP

Last year more than 50% of exhibitors signed to the IAAPA Expo Europe Sustainability Commitment. By following recommended actions, we can reduce the impact of Expo.

Giveaways - avoid plastic packaging and offering merchandise with batteries. Flyers - replace printed materials with digital formats. Furniture - choose rental equipment where possible. Signage – create evergreen content, with recycled materials and eco-friendly ink.

Submit your form by 26 July and receive a green sustainability logo on your booth sticker.

Amsterdam will be extremely busy in September, so we urge you to book your hotels as soon as possible. Use exclusive deals for IAAPA exhibitors and act fast.
